From tap. Pours hazy to murky orange to brown with a lacing tan. Mild nutty and yeasty aroma with a lot of caramel and mild hoppy aromas. Flavour is nutty and medium dry caramel malty with a lurking sweetness. Light warming alcohol presence. Smooth yeasty and hoppy finish.

[EBF @ Copenhagen, September 2008] Large working creamy head that mostly lasted. Good display of lacework. Hazy amber color. Aroma of sweet malt, grain, mild fruit and hops. Medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Heavy sweet flavor with some counter bitterness. Lingering bitter floral finish.

Dark brown - healthy head, and with stacks of lacing. Sweet dark malty aroma, some roastiness. Really soft palate - very smooth. Big malty body - woody. Huge hoppy finish. A really lovely taste, and no hint of alcohol at all. Brilliant bock.

Tap @ EBF 2008. Cinnamon, malt and caramel in the aroma. Firm roasted flavor with cinnamon and hints of ginger. Caramelly bitter finish. Well balanced, tasty, roasty and not too sweet. Well hopped, as you might expect from this brewery.
