Bottle. Pours cloudy amber coloured with a nice lacing off white head. Aromas of malt, caramel, dried fruit and hops. Flavours of sweet toffee, balancing bitter hops, cereal and nuts. Tasty brew.

Oct 24, 2009 Bottle at home. Nice amber body with small head. Nose of malts and caramel. Quite sweet, with caramel, and malts. Warming. Enjoyable.

Sep 20, 2009 Draft. An unclear amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has both sweet and acidic notes as well as notes of wood and vanilla. The flavor is sweet and very malty combined with notes of alcohol and wood, leading to a very bitter finish. Nice body.
