yngwie (4880), Kristiansand, Norway Dec 31, 2008 Bottle. From trade with jbrus. A slightly hazy amber to ruby beer with a decent beige head. Weak nose of caramel, sugars and some fruits. Sugary-sweet delicious flavor with caramel, some alcohol notes and a cute little bitterness. Slightly warming in the mouth, with a good carbonation. A nice one, even though the aroma was boring and unispiring. (081003) gunnfryd (3539), Kristiansand, Norway Nov 2, 2008 Bottle. Golden brown colour with a beige head. Aroma is fruit, malt, hop. Aroma is toasty, dark fruits, some raisin and other fruity estersbut also some light rubbery notes. More rubber and fusels in the flavor - estery raisin, fig, and dried fig paste/jam with caramel sweetness. Finish is pretty smooth. Wierd but pretty good.
