De Molen Borefts Lente Bok (2005)

Bottle. Slightly fruity aroma. Hazy golden colour. Very small white head. The flavour is nicely sweet and fruity, ending on a quite bitter note, slightly rough. High carbonation. Tastes like a pale ale to me, and a quite good one.

Bottle, In de Wildeman. Greyish blonde with chunks of yeast floating. Citrus sweets aroma. Flowery hoppy flavor with citrus. Sweetish and just a bit thin. Pear. Flowery hopbitter aftertaste with a hint of alcohol. A bit more body and this would be a very good beer.

(Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of MiP. Slightly hazy golden with a handsome, dense, white head leaving some lacework. Fresh, citrusy nose. Medium body with lightly sweet malts and dry, floral and citrusy hop notes. Very soft mouthfeel and a dry, hoppy finish. Very decent. 230807

Aroma of caramel malts, some citrus and flowery hops. Hazy, orange-copper coloured with a lasting, whin head. Taste is floral hoppy, bit medicine in it, some citrus, yeast and caramel malt.
