(Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of MiP. Pours a very unclear, greyish golden with a gigantic, white head leaving laces. Fresh, lightly floral aroma. Medium body with lightly sweet malt and a very soft mouthfeel. Floral hops and a rather bitter finish. 230807

Bottled at Monk’s Café Sveavägen, Stockholm. (as de Molen Pilz). Bright cloudy yellow, small coarse head. Sourish grainy nose. Chewy, bready grainy malt dominates, spicy grassy hops contribute. Dryish and fairly light bodied with chewy mouthfeel and medium bitterness. De Molen is not really playing at home in this style.

Bottle, 5.0%. Weak citric and fruity aroma. Cloudy, almost muddy, yellow colour. Small, frothy, but stable, white head. The flavour is a lot better than expected, but not so pilzy. Fruity flavour with a hint of sweetness. Good dry bitterness.

Bottle shared by TBone, thanks. Hazy yellow colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is grass, spices, yeast and some fruityness. Flavour is hops, fruits, caramel, grass, yeast and mild notes of herbs. A pleasant and wellbalanced brew.

Courtesy of bierkoning, thanks Edo!
Muddy yellow color, cloudy white head, lace. Hayish hoppy, yeasty aroma. High carbonation. Hayish-grassy flavor. Quite aromatic, just a bit too yeasty pilsener as it could be more refreshing without excessive yeast.

Bottle, bought at the brewery. Citrus and even a hint of traubenzucker in the aroma. Firm hopbitter, citric flavor. Fine flowery and citric hopbitter aftertaste. First class thirst quencher and a good Czech type lager. Exactly the same rating for the tap version: barnyard aroma. Fresh cheese and flowery hops. Flowery, citric flavor. There is a strong Saaz hopgift in this beer. Firm citric and flowery hopbitter aftertaste. Nice one!

Bottle. [thank you, Skortila]
Pours a muddy, pale yéllow with a small creamy white head with lots of lacing. Aroma is grassy and flowery with a slight malty background. Nice, creaminess to the mouthfeel. Flavour is bitter, citric, grassy then some malty sweetness and leaves with a good dose of bitterness. Pine, flowers and fruityness to the hops.
