(Draught@Brewery) Opaque yellow-orange with a small, white and firm head. Pale-malty, honeyish, and mildly hoppy aroma with diacetyl hints. Smoothly pale-malty flavor with aromatic hoppiness and honey. Medium-bodied, refreshing and soft-carbonated palate. A fresh and pleasant pils.

Muddy yellow color, cloudy white head, lace. Hayish hoppy, yeasty aroma. High carbonation. Hayish-grassy flavor. Quite aromatic, just a bit too yeasty pilsener as it could be more refreshing without excessive yeast.

Aug 24, 2008 Bottle shared by TBone, thanks. Hazy yellow colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is grass, spices, yeast and some fruityness. Flavour is hops, fruits, caramel, grass, yeast and mild notes of herbs. A pleasant and wellbalanced brew.

Aug 13, 2008 Bottle. sprayed everywhere upon opening. I ended up with half a bottle when it settled. Poured cloudy golden in color with an enormous white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of hay, mild citrus, and yeast. Tastes of fruit, pepper, light lemongrass, and a mild tartness. Mild hops in the finish.
