I was quite into this. Chocolate and roasted barley, hints of coffee but nothing noteable. Taste is similarly chocolatly quite nice and hiding its alc well.

Bottled. Reddish brown with a big greysh foam. Aroma of cocoa-powder, yeast and grass with a light banana note. Dark coffee, over-riped banana and cocoa in the flavour. Medium-bodied. Dense and well-roasted finish of roasted malts, coffee and dried fruits.

Bottled. Ahazy brown beer with an ornage head. The aroma is sweet and quite herbal. The flavor is sweet malty with light notes of caramel, flowers, and spices. Nice, but not roasted enough in my opinion to be a stout, but the drinability is high.

bottle from uto. Blackest brown with reasonable beige head. Fantastic nose of roasted malts, double cream, coffee beans. Tastes like a milkshake! It’s soooooooooooo creamy... and not just in texture. Tastes of double cream, coffee, roasted malts, walnuts, vanilla and chocolate. Finish of roasted malts and rolos. Reminds me of the French vanilla coffee creamer I used to buy in the States. If anything, it’s too creamy but damn good no less..

Near black colored, slight red hints. Little light brown head. Caramelly. sweet, slightly roasted coffee aroma with hints of alcohol. Medium bodied. Flavor is more roasted with caramelly sweetness, mild alcohol also there. Roastiness lasts. Not very original stout, expected more after 7.7% ABV.

Bottle at Jbru´s, march 07. Molasses, red wine, slight cognac aroma. Raisiny, liquorice notes and a sugary, slightly smoked finnish. Deep ruby color with a light yellow creamy and lasting head. MF is medium, nice but a bit astringent. Nice, drinkable, smoky, raisiny porter.

(Bottled) Very dark reddish brown color with a small, beige head. Sweetish-malty, salty-licoricey aroma with roasted maltiness and some alcohol hints - actually, it brings Nøgne Ø Porter into mind. Very malty, licoricey and salty, roasty flavor with some espresso and not much bitterness. No signs of alcohol here. Lingering, burned-malty and ashy aftertaste. Medium-bodied, slicky and slightly foamy-carbonated, but smooth palate. A very well done, balanced, and even quite interesting stout.
