(3/15/08) Draught sample at Brouwerij de Molen in Bodegraven. Deep amber with a medium creamy beige head. Aroma of malt, some roastiness, some caramel and some yeasty fruity notes. Sweet flavor with malt, caramel, some dark fruits and a bit of chocolate hints. Medium to full body. Great!

The Fonefan/Brugmansia Cnudde tasting. Courtesy of Fonefan/Brugmansia. Nice red mahogany with a nice, creamy head. The aroma has sweetness and notes of roasted malt, raisin and candy sugar. The flavour has sweetness and notes of candy sugar, malt, spice, light citrus, raisin and caramel. Quite charming.

A brown colored clear beer, A medium beige creamy head, it disappears quickly. A very fine aroma of chocolate, coffe and some little sweets of raisins. A taste of some bitter chocolate and coffee, also a little sweet and spicey. A complex beer. The taste keeps in your mouth for a while. An excellent beer.
