Cloudy copper, fading off-white head. Phenolic and strongly alcoholic nose. Rather sweet, toasted malty flavours with apricot and peppery overtones. A fair burnt malts feel lives on under the biscuity, toffee and banana dessert palate. Very little carbonation accompanies the medium-full, quite syrupy body. Pleasant offering – yet another one from De Molen.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin tan head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of berries as well as lighter notes of smoke and some acidity. The flavor is sweet mlaty with notes of caramel, leading to a dry acidic and berry finish.

Dark nut/ruby red color, small beige head, some lace. Caramelly nutty aroma (candy sugar) with notes of chocolate. Medium to full bodied. Spicey and alcoholic, quite malty. Caramel, hops, nuts. Strong ale, nice beer to sip, but could be more complex.
