Jun 10, 2007 Tap@ the brewery. Aroma is yeasty and quite fruity, even some banana in it. Nice. Hazy, orange coloured with an off-white lasting head. Taste is sweet, bit siruppy, quite fruity, yeasty. Pleasant, well brewed tripel.

May 26, 2007 Orange coloured brew. Very fruity aroma. Fruity flavour too. A bit too tropical/oranges in the flavor. Not my kind of tripel, but nevertheless enjoyable.

May 22, 2007 Bottled. Hazy orange colour with a big white foam. Fruity aroma of dried oranges and apricots with notes of yeast and white bread. Fruity and a bit too alcoholc flavour of oranges, spices, yeast and tropial fruit. Sweet finish of oranges and alcohol.

May 6, 2007 Bottled. Orange colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, yeast and hops. Some glueish alcoholic notes also along. Flavour is very sweet alcoholic and spicy. When warming up a bit some sour fruits also come through in the flavour. Alternative thing.

Mar 22, 2007 This is a nice tripel and much better than most. Tasted on draught, Arendsnest, Amsterdam. Sweet aroma of passion fruit and spices including coriander. Flavor surprisingly has some sourness, as well as lemon and more fruit. The alcohol is very well hidden, and the palate is quite good.

Mar 19, 2007 Bottled. A hazy light amber beer with a huge light orange head. The aroma is sweet and very fruity, but also with light spicy notes. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of figs, wheat, and spices. The body is quite thick.
