Bottle, thx to jbrus. It pours with a lot of microfloaties in an else clear, golden body. Off-white head. Spices, pale malt and citrusy fruityness in the aroma. The flavor is quite bitter and fruity with a balancing sweetness, leading to a lasting finish with spices, fruityness and some bitterness. Medium to full body, quite effervescent in the mouth. Pleasant, but untypical tripel. (080411)

(3/15/08) Draught sample at Brouwerij de Molen in Bodegraven. Hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma of yeast, some coriander and fruits. Sweetish flavor of malt and hints of caramel at first, turns yeasty and spicy with coriander and finishes dry with hoppy hints. Medium-bodied. Quite good.

Sweet aroma of citrusfruit and some sugar. Sweet fruity taste, technically well brewed but a bit on the sweet side, like most Dutch tripels. Enjoyable enough though.

Bottle - Hazy amber body, lasting off white head; Pleasant strange bubblegum pineapple nose; Quite full soft texture, bitter and slightly yeasty harsh body; Powerful finish, soft slightly sweet, very strange yeasty harsh. Good or bad?? Definitely different.

Draught @ Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. Light unclear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, roasted, caramel, moderate hoppy, flowers, grass, moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long to average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (220208)
