Orange golden color, cloudy. Ginger and citrus in the aroma. Sweetish, cider-like flavor with a touch of ginger, which I don’t like. Thinnish.

Bottle. Not very good at all. Quite acidic, with a sharp edge to it. Some wrotten fruit and garbage juice in both aroma and flavour (no, i’ve never tasted garbage juice, i’m just assuming what it tastes like). Some of the regular citrus and clove that i expect in this style, but no way near enough to save this beer.

Bottled. Strong spice aroma (cardamon?). Clear!, golden color, white head, good lace. Light sweet, light bitter to bitter in the finish, the same spice comes back in the flavor, hint of citric sourness, clearly wheat present, bit on the thin side. I didn’t like the spice used. Maybe if it would have aged some I would like it better.

Same infected bottle as Caesar. Aroma contains some lemon, yeast and wheat. Taste is sour and infected. I could taste some spices and wheat. Rest was overruled by infections.

nice murky yellow beer. smells fruity. taste: straw, lemon, acidic, vinous, bit yeasty and a bitter note in the end. finishes dry, tart and acidic. not your typical witbier(reminds me more of a gueuze or dry white wine), but i like it.
