Carmel, fudge, crackers, yeast and spicy hops in the aroma. Medium-bodied with touches of nuts, caramel, crackers and yeast. Sharp carbonation. Bready malts at first, soon joined by fruity touches, and lots of yeast notes. Bitterish, hoppy overlying flavour over caramelly malts, ambrée , etc., bit of dry wood notes. Good balance; retronasal parsley aroma. Warming up, finish gives banana ester. Well-bodied for its strength; certain grist slickness, nearly sticky. Well-behaved, well-bodied beer, which might benefit, IMO, from a more outspoken direction. Then again, with such a name - outspoken politicians are in the opposition...
