Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a huge light tan head - is it over carbonated. The aroma has notes of malt, straw, citrus, and caramel, is there a slight infection in there. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, phenol, and spices, leading to a dry spicy finish. Thanks pinball for sharing.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of Pinball. Pours a slighly hazy amber with a very lively, rough off-white head. Sweet and fruity aroma, a little perfumy. Light body, some fruity accents, almost cinnamon. A little yeasty with a dry and slightly hoppy finish. 161209

Bottled 75cl (BB 01/2010)
Dark brown-ruby, good cloudy off-white head. Wet clove spicey aroma. Crisp carbonation, foamy mouthfeel. Boring semi-caramelly malty background with clove dominating the flavor. Messy beer.

Corked bottle. Brown color. Malty, caramelly aroma with a hint of cinnamon. Malty sweetish, biscuity flavor, but with a firm flowery and earthy hopbitterness. Hints of caramel and licorice. Pleasant and tasty ale, without being world shocking.
