On tap at In de wildeman. Hazy golden with a medium head. Good hoppy aroma, quite bitter. Hints of spices? Not bad, but maybe a bit anonymous for a De Molen brew.

During the Copenhagen Beer Festival I had about 12-13 different tasters from this great brewery. This one was the weakest in flavour of them all, but, nonetheless, pleasant to drink. Hazy golden body colour, fading white head. Grassy aroma. Discreet flavoured with grapes and dried fruits. Smooth and dry in the finish (17.05.2009).

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of jbrus. Slightly hazy golden with a creamy off-white head. Fruity nose with a vague yeasty whiff. Medium body with a citric fruitiness and a fairly bitter finish. Not bad but I never woul’ve guessed this to be a Bohemian Pils! 220409

33cl Bottle from De Bierkoning. Hazy yellow colour, fluffy white head. Aroma of citrus, malts, some wheat. Flavour is light sweet, yeasty, malty, citrus, nice bitter finish. Has some witbier qualities, but also the best of bohemian pilsners. Reminded me of ’t IJ Plzen, and that’s good stuff.
