| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Mar 22, 2009 Bottle, 75cl corked. The beer pours a slightly hazy, golden body under a decent off-white head with fine bubbles. Lovely hops on the nose, giving a fine balance to the malty sweetness. Maybe a bit sugary sweet though. Fruity, sweet and bitter flavor with pine and resin. Effervescent and full-bodied, finishing with a really pleasant bitterness. It’s a really fine one, but maybe a bit on the sweet side even though it’s mostly hop-driven. There’s also a slight sour note in the far back, maybe it’s going bad? A fine experience though.
