Bottle 75 cl. Lots of pressure on the bottle and the cork comes out with a bang. The beer pours a cloudy yellow with a big white head and a grassy, hoppy smell. The taste is a bit malty with lots of hops coming after that leaving a nice bitter finish. De Molen can make even the more common beerstyles spectacular!

Bottled 75 cl (BB 02/2010)
Hazy orange color, good cloudy white head. Tropical fruity and grassy hoppy aroma. Crisp carbonation and quite foamy. Dry palate. Pale malty, a bit woody, aromatic hoppy flavor. Lingering fruity bitterness in the finish. As Seppo mentioned, quite La Chouffe -like, but with less alcohol.

(Bottled, 0.75l) Slightly hazy golden with a large, firm and foamy head. Aroma of lemony-grassy hops and slightly buttery malt. Some acidity also comes up, with glue-solventy side aromas. Yeast changes everything in the aroma, bringing in pleasant, sweetish-exotic fruitiness. Nicely yeasty, pale-grainy-malty and slightly acidic flavor with grassy, aromatic bitterness and a nice, dry finish. Flavor suffers a bit from pouring in the yeast. Medium-bodied with slightly fizzy-foamy carbonation. A quite refreshing - yet a bit gluey and not very complex - take on the "La Chouffe meets Urquell" category. Quite different with yeast, though.

2009-02-09, small bottle at Monk’s Café, Stockholm, 6-4-7-4-14=35
Hazy deep blond color, medium head. It has some nice malts, with honey and hay shades, with some residual sweetness, hence the body is not weak, and a quite strong hopping. Interesting.

2008-05-16, corked bottle at Řlfestival 2008, Ĺrhus, 7-3-7-4-14=35
Hazy blond color. Good atypical pilsner, very grassy hops, some sweetness.
