The aroma is sweet with notes of grass and hay as well as light notes of brewmash. The flavor is sweet also dominated by grass and hay, leading to a dry bitter finish. Light hoppy aroma with a mild pilsner like note. Flavour is mild malty with a slowly building bitterness. Finish is of a mild bitterness and light fruity note. Interesting aroma with buttery grainy malt and grassy spicy hops. Medium sweet with dense rouned mouthfeel. The grainy malt combines well with pilsnerish hay-like hoppiness.
