Nice white lasting foam. Spicy grassy aroma (Saaz). Big body with much malt taste. Spicy with a big bitterness for a lager.

Draught at the brewpub, Long lasting small creamy head with small bubbles, a bit hazy dark orange colour, aroma of grapefruit with some roses, candies fruit and a touch of leather, flavours of white fruit and buiscity malt and a touch of hay, acompanies by a strong bitter backbone, medium to big body. mellow bitter aftertastewhich lingers wonderfully in your mouth. This is a bohemian pilsener but certainly not an ordinary one.

On draft at the brewery. Hazy orange-brown coloured, lasting off-white head. Very floral hoppy nose. Thirst-quenching hop-bitter flavour. Bitter finish. Very nice easy going thirst-quencher.

75 cl bottle. Golden color, hazy. Lemon, grapefruit and cream in the aroma. Firm hopbitter flavor with grassy and grapefruity hops, lingering on in the aftertaste. Very well balanced, top quality lager. Tasted again in feb 09. Just a bit darker as a pilsener. But a very drinkable flavor bomb. Loved it.

Bott 74cl @ brasserie420 Gushing bottle, foamy, pale orange. Yeast aromas, that leave place to some fruitiness Nice caramel and hop blended flavor, some fruit but you could taste the yeast. Nicely bodied.

Had it from tap at the De Molen brewery. Hazy, bit cloudy, yellow colored brew. A bit fruity aroma. Smooth, full hoppy flavor. Light bitter with a thick malty tongue. The flavor is somewhat twisted all the time between different kinds of flavor struggling to become the dominant flavor. The name therefor is very good, thunder and lightning.

Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Clear golden, rich creamy head. Interesting aroma with buttery grainy malt and grassy spicy hops. Medium sweet with dense rouned mouthfeel. The grainy malt combines well with pilsnerish hay-like hoppiness. Finishes with balanced but marked bitterness. A well made enjoyable beer along the line of Czech 14° lagers.
