33cl bottle, thanks to my friend Gary. Medium white head atop cloudy apple juice body. Aroma is moderately sweet, lemon, some floral/orange. Taste is moderately sweet, lemon/orange, some yeast. Creamy light-medium body. Delicious, especially for the ABV.

Bottle, 75cl. Pours an amber beer with an offwhite head. The aroma is fresh hops (my guess is East Kent Golding). The flavor is hops. The palate is bitter and lacks some sweetness for balance. Overall a good bitter.

This beer exemplifies everything one might dislike about an English beer. It is bland, has no head, tastes flatly, smells like nothing, except too little alcohol even for a beer, and it has the appearance of a urine sample. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still a beer by De Molen. It is not badly made. It is just well made according to an extremely low standard. If one were to try and make a "representative Dutch lager" and were to take Heineken and similar beers as the measure of things, no matter how well done, the result would also still suck.
