#500 thanks to bu11zeye. murky gold pour with a thin layer of white froth. oranges, old orange peels and tang on the nose. easy on the palate with flavors of oranges and a tiny bit of ginger and floral notes. easy finish that is very reminiscent of the aroma.

Bottle from trade with jbrus. It poured a clear, golden body with an off-white head. Fruity, sour nose with some pale malt, and a good hoppyness. Hoppy, resiny and bitter, flavor with malt to give it balance. Medium body. Bitter finish, quite resiny. The beer starts off a bit boring, but the hoppyness makes it something interesting. It actually surprised me with it’s bitterness. (080509)

Courtesy of Bierkoning. It’s a dark golden beer with a nice, creamy and lasting head. The aroma has notes of citrus, mostly grapefruit, but also oranges and a bit of caramel. The flavour has a light sweetness, light notes of caramel, a somewhat harsh grapefruit and light hints of oranges. It’s very refreshing and nice, but a bit harsh/sharp. IMO it would be a real winner, if the grapefruit was a bit more subdued.

Many, many thanks to Edo for sending this my way.. I never would have thought to ask for it. Poured just slightly hazy golden with a bit of orange hue to it.. short, swirly cap of white head. The aroma was soft and seductive with lemon and sweeter bread upfront.. dry, tart lemon zest built up behind it.. subtle hints of earth, peppery spices, and honey also made a presence. The flavor had bready and pale malts at the core surrounded by an ample dose of lemon zest and earthy bitterness.. sticky, refreshing bitterness on the finish. Very dry on the palate and lighter-bodied.. refreshing. I sure wish this was available locally.

raw hop skunk and sweat bread. Flavor is fructose and dry hop that compliments nicely. Smooth and ballanced. Slight harshness to the overall flavor mostliky from the cask... Ballances out the sweetness.
