Fresh in the mouthfeel, golden colour, a little watery maybe, but the oparoma’s are the best i’ve tasted in a bitterlager. bierkoning (6074), La Tropica, Netherlands

Golden color, hazy. Aroma has coreander, hops, citrus and flowers. "No coreander in there"’, says brewer Menno Olivier, "but I’ve used Zatec hops for dry hopping". The beer only has 22 EBU, but thanks to the dry-hopping it seems much more. Light hopbitter flavor with flowers and citrus. Lovely beer, I especially liked the aroma. 8 3 7 4 15 = 3.7
Bottle. Orange blonde color. Grapefruit, wood and raspberry in the quite outspoken aroma. Dry-hopping, no doubt. Pleasant hopbitter flavor with grapefruit. Dry out effect. Fairly long hopbitter aftertaste with grapefruit and red berries. Excellent beer!!
Re-rate: Corked bottle, tasted feb 09. The color has become just a bit darker. Thin, but the American hops are clearly noticeable. Ughsmash (4047), Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA
| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | May 2, 2008 Many, many thanks to Edo for sending this my way.. I never would have thought to ask for it. Poured just slightly hazy golden with a bit of orange hue to it.. short, swirly cap of white head. The aroma was soft and seductive with lemon and sweeter bread upfront.. dry, tart lemon zest built up behind it.. subtle hints of earth, peppery spices, and honey also made a presence. The flavor had bready and pale malts at the core surrounded by an ample dose of lemon zest and earthy bitterness.. sticky, refreshing bitterness on the finish. Very dry on the palate and lighter-bodied.. refreshing. I sure wish this was available locally. bierkonijn (12), amsterdam, Netherlands

Hard to say anything bad about any Molenbeer, over an over.
Orange coloured, more to a pale ale than a bitter, (too) cloudy, taste of lemongrass, abricot. Hoppy but not extremely bitter. slighly watery. Great beer armando629 (997), Budapest, Hungary

Complex aroma of hop resin with wild fruits. The taste is all about the hops, resin with a hint of caramel, some fruity notes. Fine aftertaste of hop. henrikb (1303), Aarhus, Denmark

Very very good beer, very interesting, very pleasant, complex and new (to me at least) Rastacouere (5559), Montréal, Quebec, Canada
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Oct 3, 2007 Remarkably extracted honeyed malt flavours. Pour is medium amber, murky and topped bu a massive white foam. Fresh citrusy hops blend into nectar while grassy and brown sugar notes are unveiled and developed in the second half of the palate. A very successful brew. Delicious sweetish, yet balanced palate. Different than what the English are doing, but better than most.
