Hazy ruby color; small creamy head. Delicate, nice cherry aroma. Medium body, not really sour, but clearly tannic, a bit dusty too. Unfinished.

Unclear light to medium red amber color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, nutty, berry, acidic, dusty, light to moderate yeasty, cherry, wine - oak. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, light light acidic and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20090515]

Jun 19, 2009 On tap at Copenhagen Beerfestival. An almost clear beer, ruby color, and with a nice but small, off-white head. Fruity, sour nose, rather berry-ish, lemony and funky. Sour berries, some lemon, a little barnyard funkyness and cherries in the flavor. Dry and astringent mouthfeel. Long, funky and lemony finish where the berries are left in the far back. A quenching beer, refreshing as hell, and really palate cleansing. Nice. (090515)

Jun 14, 2009 Draught @ Valby 09. Hazy red dartk amber with a medium off white head. Sour aroma with cherries, barnyard and wood notes. Flavour was sour with cherries, wood, brett and barnyard. Finished sour.

Jun 7, 2009 From tap@Københavnske Øldage 2009. A thick foamy offwhite head upon a brownish-ruby body. Rounded fruit aroma with cherry and raspberry notes. Dryish-sweet fruit flavor, red berries, sour apples and cherries. Notes of wood and earth. Feels soft in the mouth. Oily texture. Finishes acidulous fruity. Nice refreshing stuff.
