May 23, 2008 Updated: May 26, 2008Sampled at OSLO/Guerde’s Memorial Day tasting and shared by Islay. Pours a hazy caramel brew with a fast dissolving off-white head that dissipates clean. Aroma of Belgian yeast, banana ester, a touch of wintergreen and some fruity character. Taste is fruity, some caramel and yeast and a touch of white grape. Finish is semi-sweet, with a thin banana ester finish that quickly disappears.

Fruity aroma of yeast, spices and hops.
Fruity flavour of caramel, hops, yeast, pine needles and grape fruits.
Hoppy finish.
