It has a large thick foamy head. The aroma is malty, it has hop bitterness and it’s fruity. The taste is very malty, wheat and has hopbitterness, from American hops. And in the end it’s fresh, as a Spring bock, has to be. It’s good balanced. The totally taste is different, then the most of the Spring/May bock beers. Aroma was really quite nice--definitely reminiscent of spiced pumpkin bread. Somewhat sweet initially, then spice and the bitterness that often comes from a lot of it, and finally some wheat. The aroma is sweet and spicy (from being dry hopped with Amarillo), but also with notes of wheat. The flavor is sweet wheaty with notes of Amarillo hops and cloves, leading to a dry bitter finish. I like the idea of fermenting a wheat bock really warm - and then dry hopping it with Amarillo - now that is a fusion of styles - keep up the good work. JK (2967), Richfield, Minnesota, USA

The aroma has Belgian yeast with flowers and herbs, like new vegetation after winter. Cloves and other spices in the flavor, some wheat. Brown color and a medium palate. Hazy, yellow-orange coloured with a big, white head. Taste is quite bitter, hoppy, fruity/citric with some wheat and yeast. Medium bodied. Heavy, but refreshing beer. Good beer.
