Commercial Description:
Dry hops, Cascade,Chinook and Galena. Red-brown beer with a creamy beige foam. Complex nose, nutmeg, exotic woods, spices, flowers and nice hops are there to make your nose go crazy. Taste is medium dry with cognac accents. There is a bitterish touch of bitter nutpeel, cardamom, wood and a touch of honey to give it a mildish flair and for sure a grat dosis of citrussy hops.

Draught at the brewey, big creamy head, Deep hazy orange colourm with brownish touches, aroma of lychee and grapefruit with hints of jasmine tea. Strong grapefruit bitternesswith a sturdy malt backbone, not to big a body, strong but not overwhelming bitteraftertaste considering this is an IPA.

Bottle at the RBESG09 Grand tasting, sheffield. Alround rating: Lemon, quite a bit of spice, good kick of corriander in there, very carbonated, a bit overly yeasty.

330 bottle 1222 from Alvinne. Pours hazy amber with a decent off-white head. Aromas of light roast malt and spice and hop. Smells more like Belgian ale than IPA. First impression is brett. Body is medium plus with forceful carbonation. Now the flavors are spicey, earthy, malty, oaky, and a lot of floral/citrus hop. Fairly astringent, with a bitter finish that hints of funk. It goes a bit vinous, perhaps. There is a lot going on here. Something of a challenge. Really good.

Tap at Copenhagen Beer Festival 2009. Hazy light brown color, big but disappering off-white head. Aroma is hoppy and fruity. Flavor is hoppy, fruit, sweet and a fine sourness in the background that gives the beer a Belgian touch. Fine and lasting aftertaste.

A very hazy light brown colored beer, with thick foamy off-white foamy head. The aroma is hoppy with lots of sweet fruits. There are some notes of grass. The taste is fruity, citrus, dry bitter with some spices. The aftertaste is very bitter dry and sweet.

Draught at Københavnske Øldage 2009
Cloudy blond color. Nice hoppy aroma, difficult to define, with fruits, flowers, cookies. The body is medium, but smooth, with Belgian-character malt (spicy) and interesting yet delicate American hopping. Good.

Orange colored brew. Spicy, mild hoppy aroma. Flavor is floral, hoppy, citrus, sticky, some sweetness. Could use some more balance, still very enjoyable.
