Hazy amber with a rich, lacing head. Complex hoppy nose; herbal, hints of grass, spices and sugar. Well-balanced tripel, sugary maltiness more than offset by herbal hops. Notes of vegetables. Alcoholic. A good tripel, though I would never have guessed the Amarillo hops.

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 14/20 | Dec 6, 2009 Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy orange with a medium white head and a herbal aroma with hints of peach, banana and spices. The taste is high on herbs too, with a some nice hoppyness, that’s not completely like your everyday triple. The finish is intense, both hoppy and spicy, but only last for about 15 seconds. A nice one. ogivlado (3088), Zagreb, Croatia

| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Sep 22, 2009 Bottle at SBWF. Beautiful appearance of the liquid, the foam was fairly large and thick. A lot of sediment in the bottle. Both the aroma and taste contain much spice and yeast. Very fruity beer and pretty sweet. A lot of apples and dried fruits in the flavor.
The beer had a warming effect, but on the whole did not feel much alcohol. Clearly a very nice beer that I like to drink again.
