Base øllen må sådan set have været ok, men alt drukner i bourbon.

5th August 2008. Roasty malt - smooth and not too bitter. Good sourish whiskey like note but not peaty or smokey. Smooth ending with a touch of sherry. Lots of warmth.

Bottled @ BBF. Cloudy brownish color, medium off-white head. Aroma of chocolat and coffee, but also fruity red wine. Perfect balance in taste between the roasted coffee from the tsarina esra and the vinous notes of the barrel aging. Awesome stuff.
