| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jan 28, 2007 Bottled. Golden coloured. Unclear. Fluffy off white head. This is a typical belgian ale. Loads of yeast, friuts, sweetness and a light sour grapish touch. Both in flavour and aroma. Is quite dry. Medium bodied. The grape and fruit thing last all through the beer until the end. Very easy to drink. Has some light alcoholwarmth on the lips in the end. Earlier Rating: 2/25/2006 Total Score: 3.3 Bottled: Golden coloured. Hazy. Off white dense head. Sweetness, yeast, spice and fruit in the aroma. Not as heavy as I like it, but still good. Flavour is on the mild side as well. Distinct alcohol, yeast and fruity and a slightly touch of spice lying under it all. Quite smooth and easy to drink. Is medium bodied and ends on a fruity yeast note. Alcohol difficult to detect. ekstedt (2441), Göteborg, Sweden
