Bottle. Huge bubbly off-white head that really lasted. Excellent display of lacework was left in the glass. Hazy golden color with particles in flow. Aroma of yeast, spice, fruit, mild toasted malt, grainy, apricot, orange, citrus, alcohol. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and mild alcoholic texture. Moderated sweet flavor with mild acidic and bitterness. Sweet light dry and fruity – yeasty finish.

Can. [Courtesy of faroeviking , another great session @ yespr] Large fizzy off-white head that mostly lasted. Muddy orange colour. Spare lacework. Aroma of coriander, banana, hint of spice, wheat, citrus, grain. Over the palate spice, toasted malt, citrus and fruity notes. Medium bodied with a light alcoholic texture and hint of dryness with an average carbonation. Moderated sweet flavour with light acidic. Sweet and acidic like finish.

Sep 4, 2008 Bottle poured a hazy golden yellow with a lasting white head. Aromas of straw, light citrus and light spice. Palate was medium bodied and crisp with a smooth lightly dry finish. Flavors of straw, apple, pear and light spice with a smooth dry lingering bittrer finish.

Sep 1, 2008 (Dégusté avec french tickler) Une biere de couleur ambré-caramel, avec un mince collet un peu collant. Arome de sucre brun, un peu fleural, miel, et un peu d’oranges. Saveur d’épices, miel, alcohol et gingembre.

Aug 21, 2008 Bottle 33 cl. Pours a brownish golden with a small white head. The taste is malty and not very sweet with a very good hoppy finish. Really liked this

Aug 17, 2008 Dark yellow colored with cloudy appearance. Big white head. Fine and rich hopped-spicy, slightly fruity and toffeeish aroma. Medium to full bodied. Flavor is even more bitter with hops, spices and yeast also available. This toffee softens the flavor a bit, makes it slightly sweet. Mild alcohol in aftertaste with some lemon. Fine beer.
