Pours red with a pink head. Aroma of cherries, tartness, smells like a lambic, and wood. The flavor is sour, tart cherries, carbonated, wood flavor perhaps from the cork, resembles a lambic. Finishes dry, very smooth. BDR (2160), Roseville, Minnesota, USA

It looks spectacular! It has a very disappointing metallic odor though. I bought this thinking it was a lambic. It’s actually a sour ale with cherries. It’s very nice. It has a strong sour and cherry flavor, as would be expected. Excellent actually. jake65 (1725), Williston, North Dakota, USA

Taste is just right of the kriek with a nice pucker factor. Very tasty. IndianaRed (1555), Boise, Idaho, USA

Nice classic fruit lambic musty aroma. Flavor is big time tart and dry but enough sour cherry flavor along with it. Big full sour cherry flavor. Long ingering dry acidic trailer that leaves your teeth squeeking. Would not have guessed 7% ABV. Thanks to Jake65 for sharing this with us tonight. pinkzambia (989), Boise, Idaho, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | May 4, 2007 Bottle: Murky flat red color with a pinkish head. The aroma is similar to a Flemish sour ale and wood barrels. Tart is the word on the taste leaving your mouth and tongue with the sensation of having had some lemon juice. Its addicting. Vinegar flavored fruit dominates. Dry, dry, dry. I really like this. Thanks jake65 for hooking us up with this one. BuckeyeBoy (1669), Boise, Idaho, USA
