Reddish-brown with white head that diminishes to ring. Mild brett character. Lightly sour cherries with some sweet malt to balance and a restrained tart finish. Fairly subdued. Low carbonation and sticky in the mouth. Bottle enjoyed with beerbuzzmontreal, lubiere, MartinT and Rastacouere. Rerate (8-3-7-3-15=3.6): Dusty cherries and shoe polish in the musty aroma. Opaque burgundy red wine coloured body with low white head that recedes to ring. Shoe polish, cherries, mint and cinnamon in the flavour. Medium-light body with fair carbonation.
