| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 4, 2009 Good, slighlty irregular, collapsing dense head, yellowish over well-carbonated, deep-golden beer. Very alcoholic smell, some molasses too; vanilla and straw. Faint coriander. Bitter(ish)sweet, malty taste, once more dominated by the ethanol. Coriander remains below identification treshold flavourwise. Finish & aftertaste mainly sweet-alcoholic, even syrupy. Medium bodied at least, very slick; alcoholburn. Too thick, underattenuated for a tripel. Not so very special, too alcoholic. Jerre (1768), Waregem, Belgium
