Clear light to medium yellow color with a large to huge, creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, spicy, coriander, paper, plastic, light citrus peel. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, plastic. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20091024]

Oct 24, 2009 Clear golden with a large white head. Sweet yeasty aroma with malty and wheat notes. Sweet yeasty flavour with wheat, coriander and lemons. Finished sweet.

Oct 24, 2009 Bottle, 5.5%. Mild spicy aroma, clean. Almost clear pale yellow colour. Small stable plasticky white head. The flavour is mildly sweet with clove and a hint of coriander. A bit rough bitterness, which I do not think suits a wit.

Sep 7, 2008 Bottle: Poured a hazy yellow brown with a huge lacy white head. Aroma is clean and crisp, filled with citrus. Taste is a mix between citrus orange and sweet malts. Just balanced enough not to get overwhelmed by the other.
