Bottle from Beers of Europe, consumed 20-12-09 Pours very light amber, quite hazy with a fast diminishing white head. Touch of sour fruitiness on the nose. some yeast, some alcohol and spice also showing. Much of the above is also present in the mouth, with warmth from the alcohol, touch fruitier than expected a little bitterness. It fine but no great shakes. A6 A3 F6 P3 Ov12 3.0

Bottle:   Pale golden, slightly hazy, moderate to large frothy white head, spotty lacing.   Pale bready nose, faint floralness, slightly danke.   Semi-sweet soft breadiness on the tongue.   Feels like a cross between a Belgian example and an American.   Not very bubley, a little flat in fact.   Not bright, but not dull.   Middle of the road.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate to full.   Little bit of pale fruitiness on the finish.   Not bad, a little simple, but at least its fairly clean.

Bottle. Cloudy bronze coloured beer with a strong head. The aroma is sweetly spiced and the flavour is fizzy and sweetly spiced with a lighlty bitter finish. Overall an average triple, quite sweet.

Yummm! Nice beer! Poured with a big, off-white, foamy head and a little lace. Color is an almost perfectly clear amber. Aroma is yeasty, dry, champagne, a little hop and a little malt. Flavor is not huge, more subtle, but quite pleasing - again yeasty, with a dry - sweet - dry action that is intriguing. Great body and excellent carbonation. Finish is very good with only a little alcohol showing a time after the swallow. Could be a session beer if you went easy.

12th May 2008. Unusual tripel in as much as it seems malty more than anything. Virtually none of the expected tripel dry fruitiness. Just a little sourness and a bitterish finish.

33cl, older bottle. Pours amber, medium head. Nice nose with hints of coffee and caramel, malty. Malty flavor, some peach hints. Nice tripel though!
