Bottle at ZBF09. Very weak aroma, I cannot detect any cherries or sourness at all. Hazy deep red colour. Small stable dark pink head. The flavour is very sweet, some marcipan and a little vitamin pill. The finish is dry, like sugarfree softdrink.

Bottled. Bright purple, minimal head. Saccharine aroma. Oversweetened artificial cranberry juice with rock hard mouthfeel. There is nothing even remotely enjoyable, and with it’s extreme sweetness it’s both unbalanced and awkward to drink. Drain pour.

33cl, from the brewery, not complex sweet Kriek, yet easy to drink, balanced, hazy, good head, nothing special

Raspberry red with a pink slick. Namyslow plum stickiness, wood, red lollypop, almond and complete chemical cherry overdose aroma. Some wood and yeast in there. Easily one of the worst beers I’ve ever had. Excruciating sugar, Aspartame, wheat and maize. Lingers for a good 10mins after the swallow. Even a Stone Ruination couldn’t take the taste away. I can take anything, but not that mouth-drying synthetic sweetness sweeter than a thousand sugars. And to think I’ve been avoiding drinking this for months thinking it was some obscure, wincingly tart Belgian rarity. Lesson learned.

Bottled. A deep red beer with small black pieces of sediment floating arouind under a thin pink head. The aroma is sweet with notes of cherries and almonds. The flavor is sweet with primary notes of cherries with an light underlying acidity, that draws a bit of mouthwater.

33 cL bottle, thanks to Ungstrup for sharing rare brew. Pours hazy deep red and with a fizzy pink head. Mild almond and light wooden cherry aroma. Flavour starts sweet and soon reveals a more herbal to wooden flavour. Light citric and mild mouldy mix. Lingering sweet fruity finish.

Bottle. Like a lot of fruit beers this one is also way to sweet for having a good beer. This is not a beer for me

Bottle: Poured a ruby red with light red head. Aroma is cherries and pits. Taste is a sweet cherry with grain and malt.
