Jul 6, 2008 Hazy dark yellow coloured beer with little carbonation and a small white head. Smouth and soft herby and hoppy palate with some light sweet yeasty touches. Full , light sprankling palate. Finish is herby, light bitter smouth with some sweet fruity (grapes?) touches. Very nice one.

Feb 13, 2008 Bottled. Hazy deep amber colour with mediumsized white bubbly/foamy head. Aroma is spicy, fruity with some caramel malts and underlying glueish notes. Flavour is rather fruity, spicy and quite bananaish. As the beer warms up the alcohol gets really strong. Quite off-balanced flavour.

Feb 6, 2008 (Bottled, 0.75l) Very hazy amber with a small head. Strongly anise-perfumy aroma with banana-fruitiness and hints of alcohol. Banana-fruity, somewhat alcoholic and acidic, sahti-like flavor. Medium-bodied, quite alcoholic, slightly foamy palate. Interesting aroma, but the flavor is too alcoholic and acidic to be enjoyable.
