Jerre (1356), Waregem, Belgium Apr 26, 2008 Bottle, 75 cl. (from Alvinne’s Beershop)Hazy wheat-yellow color, good white head.
Aroma lemon, fresh, wheaty malts. Medium body. Taste spices (some coriander), sourness, very dry.
Not bad. oh6gdx (5904), Vaasa, Finland Feb 11, 2008 Bottled. Pale yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is banana and very Hefeweizenish. Flavour is also very hefeweizenish, a lot of banana, yeast, spices and some mild notes of alcohol. Quite pleasantly balanced and refreshing, but not that exciting. FatPhil (2102), Espoo, Finland Feb 10, 2008 750ml bottle (One Pint Pub, Helsinki, Belgian Week 2008)
Pale yellow, cloudy. Sweet light fresh coriander and ginger aroma. Soft carbonation. Decent bitter tang. sayravai (3048), Helsinki, Finland Feb 9, 2008 (Bottled, 0.75l) Opaque yellow-golden with a very small, completely fading head. Hefeweizen-like aroma, but with some ammoniac-like, fruity alcohol hints. Fruity-vegetably, quite alcoholic flavor with wheaty maltiness and some acidity. Somewhat smoother with yeast. Medium-bodied, somewhat acidic palate with lowish carbonation. Somewhat like a dull hefeweizen with added alcohol. omhper (10456), Stockholm, Sweden Aug 20, 2006 [Bottled] Hazy pale golden, no head. Citric and lightly yeasty. Medium dry with light mouthfeel. Plenty of lemon peels and perfume. It’s dryness makes it very drinkable. A classy beer!
