The color is an orange-brown and it has a thin head. The aroma is very sour - as a gueuze should be. The flavor is lovely sour with notes of metal and lemon on a rather dry background. This was really a treat Joris pulled out - thanks a lot, Joris. yespr (12404), Copenhagen O, Denmark

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | May 7, 2008 A Mes rate: 93 bottle from the Kulminator. Sadly this was just on its way out but it was still bloody good. Bright gold with a very slight hazy and a thin but lasting white head. Big barnyardy sourness, loads of lemon and just a slight lick of sweetness desperately clinging onto life. Lovely bitterness round the edges of the palate and a big cheesy acidic finish. Why oh why do De Troch not make them like this anymore?
