Jun 16, 2008 Draught @ Weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation 2008. Hazy golden with no head. Sweet and mild sour aroma with hoppy notes. Mild sour flavor with grapefruit and barnyard notes.

Apr 17, 2008 Plastic container at ZBF08. Good citric tartness in aroma, some cellar and mold. Hazy golden colour, no head. The flavour is a lot more acidic than aroma. Good citric moldy mouthpuckering sourness. A little vinegary. Very nice.
