Stale grapes or stale wine, leathergrease, horseblanket in the nose. Faint sweetness left, bringing it indeed on the edge of old/young; grapes (muscat variety), and lunaria. Medium bodied (again!), slick, very light acidburn. Very good medium-aged lambic. mabel (2530), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Aug 12, 2008 [1164-20080301] Bottle. Sour-esque yeast aroma. Clear, yellow body with no head. Very sour heavy yeast meal flavour. Medium-light body. Quite nice, interesting balance.

Clear gold, brief head. Sour aroma. Musty cobwebby and also sharp taste, woody too. Slightly drying, but a pleasant sour finish. Probably dissolves teeth.
