Draught @ WSF. Clear gold with no head. Faint vinegar and barnyard aroma. Taste has some initial tartness but is ultimately weak with some grain, apricot, orange, and apple notes, a bit of lemon in the finish.

Draught@Weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation. A little bit odd, that it had a slight aroma of garbage juice. The palate showed some grainy malt notes, with some acidic sourness and some soft juicy acidity. Probably not the best lambic you’ll have, but not a total loss.

WOSF- Pours golden with no head. Small aroma of rotting fruit. Slightly sweet, powdery cloying mouthful, with flavours of compost juice and more starchy hard to swallow nastiness. This was by far the worst Lambic at the festival.

On tap @ the Weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation 07. Hazy amber coloured with no head. Moldy and sour with notes of cheesypoofs, citrus and fruits. Very cheesy.
