Weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation 07. Copper. Nose is minty, menthol, clay. Flavor is minty sour lemon. Way too much citrus. Woody malty finish.

Draught@Weekend Of Spontaneous Fermentation. Orangeish amber colour, no head. Aroma is sour wood with some sweeter notes. Flavour is sour fruits, wood and some weird sweetness. A lot of roasted peanuts (and overall nuttyness) in flavour also. Not very pleasant.

Deep beautiful amber slightly hazy body; Very strange nose for a lambic, strange sage aroma, almost like the beer is oxidized; Soft textured body, malonic and lactic sour, slightly sharp very little carbonation; Very unpleasant finish, rye bread aromas, slightly oxidized with a touch of bad sherry. Very unpleasant, the worst lambic I ever had!

Draught @ 16th Weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation 2007, Optal. Hazy amber / orange color with virtually none head. Aroma is light cheesspops (Kim’s). Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. Feels very young ..

Spontanious weekend 07. There was nothing wrong with the beer it was just too young. Notes are minimal.: Too young, malty, not sour. Not my deal.

1 jeat old draught at the weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation, May 2007. Very nice and complex taste. I am surpriced that lambics have so much different and overwellming tastes.
