Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. Feels very young ..

Apr 17, 2008 Plastic container at ZBF08. Good citric tartness in aroma, some cellar and mold. Hazy golden colour, no head. The flavour is a lot more acidic than aroma. Good citric moldy mouthpuckering sourness. A little vinegary. Very nice.

Jun 4, 2007 Draught@Weekend Of Spontaneous Fermentation. Orangeish amber colour, no head. Aroma is sour wood with some sweeter notes. Flavour is sour fruits, wood and some weird sweetness. A lot of roasted peanuts (and overall nuttyness) in flavour also. Not very pleasant.
