May 31, 2009 Draught - actually medium-aged, needs retasting Pale copper-ochre beer, fine haze, no head. Stale grapes or stale wine, leathergrease, horseblanket in the nose. Faint sweetness left, bringing it indeed on the edge of old/young; grapes (muscat variety), and lunaria. Medium bodied (again!), slick, very light acidburn. Very good medium-aged lambic.

Apr 17, 2008 Plastic container at ZBF08. Good citric tartness in aroma, some cellar and mold. Hazy golden colour, no head. The flavour is a lot more acidic than aroma. Good citric moldy mouthpuckering sourness. A little vinegary. Very nice.

Aug 12, 2008 [1164-20080301] Bottle. Sour-esque yeast aroma. Clear, yellow body with no head. Very sour heavy yeast meal flavour. Medium-light body. Quite nice, interesting balance.

May 27, 2007 1 jeat old draught at the weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation, May 2007. Very nice and complex taste. I am surpriced that lambics have so much different and overwellming tastes.
