Draught. Cloudy pale red colour. Aroma of cinamon, spice and raspberry. Lovely cough candy note to the flavour that is plenty sour and puckery with a strong straw finish. Knowing what I know of De Troch, this was a pleasant surprise. Magicdave6 (5558), London, Greater London, England

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 31, 2007 Draught@The Weekend of Spontaneous fermentation. Pretty dry, and lightly sour/acidic, with some lightly sweet cherry characters. I actually thought this was quite decent, and something i’d be quite happy drinking, if there was nothing else on offer! JorisPPattyn (5192), Antwerpen, Belgium
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | May 27, 2007 Draught Hazy brick red; no head. Beautiful old cherry, cherrystones, speculoos nose, parsley. Speculoos, but old one, which has gone stale, nearly rancid, very strange. Of course a lot of acidity, lactic acid, acetic, but remarkably little fruitiness, just some cherry at the lips. Medium bodied. I substitute of much taste, the cherries lend some rounded body to the beer. Very original kriek. Not what one expects, but it is not bad at all.
