Cloudy orange with no head. Funky barnyard aroma with leather and hay. Tart and funky flavour with a note of diacetyl.

Clear golden with no head. Aroma had brett and mild barnyardy notes. Flavour had brett, barnyard, lemons and woody notes. Finished sour.

Very golden clear body, no head; Bad nose of old plastic bag and wet cardboard; Very citrus sour, oily texture; Long finish of wet cardboard and rotten plastic bag. Disasters aromas in a disaster of a beer!

Draught at De Heeren van Liedekercke. Mildy fruity and plasticky aroma. Almost clear amber colour. Very small frothy head. Unfortunately, the flavour also has a little plastic. It does not really put me off, but seems a little strange. This plastic flavour goes away after a while, leaving a nicely citric beer. The flavour is a fruity citrus note. Not quite lemon, but quite close. Not vinegary or painful to drink. Has the usual hint of moldiness which helps balance the acid slightly. Low carbonation. Gets better the closer I get to the bottom of the glass.

Clear medium yellow orange color with a virtually none appearance, virtually none lacing, head. Aroma is moderate apple, wheat, wood, sour - fresh green apples. Flavor is moderate sweet, moderate to light heavy acidic and moderate sour with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. (020308)

Draught at 12de Vilvordia BierProefFestival. Hazy orangey amber, only a few bubbles alongside the side of the glass. Lemony aroma, sour notes of milk and yoghurt. Flavours start out lemony with sour yoghurt, moving towards more woodiness. the finish has a softening touch of almonds. Body is medium to light and of course completely flat, as expected. I wish they made more efforts promoting this seriously good beer instead of concentrating on all the other crap they brew.

A Mes rate: Draught at ZBF. A reasonable attempt at a proper lambic. A little too buttery and just a little too sweet. It’s all there just not quite as refined as it should be. Sourness is quite high, a little sandalwood, dry fnish. So so.

Draught. Light brown coloured. Unclear. No heead. Earth, sweetness, woodnotes and some acidic sourness. Flavour as well is quite acidic and sour. Earthnotes and light barnyard. Is a bit unrefined, but overall a decent lambic. Medium body. Good sour and cleansing end.
