(Bottle, BB May 2010) Pours a clear pale yellow body with a tall dense white head. Aroma of mustiness, lemon zest, grass, and plastic. Flavor of sweet malt, corn, yeast, lemon peel with a dry, moderately bitter finish.

Bottle @ Cnudde Tasting.. Unclear light to light medium yellow color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is light malty and hoppy, citurs, moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. Hazy muddy orange color, small white head. Very sweet fruity aroma, hints of coriander and wet old books. Medium- bodied. Some fruity notes, but flavor is dominated by harsh rubber. Maybe also a bit herbal. Aftertaste is quite peppery. Dry palate, propably quite old botte (more than 2-3 years?).

Hazy pale golden with medium white head. Sweet fruity aroma with yeasty and spicy notes. Flavor is sweet and fruity with yeast and coriander notes. Ends sweet.

The Fonefan/Brugmansia Cnudde tasting. Courtesy of BelJohansen. Hazy, light straw yellow with a nice head and the aroma has notes of coriander, yeast and light fruit. The flavour has a light sweetness, notes of coriander, yeast, malt and fruit. It’s a very average Blond.
