Oct 24, 2004 Pitch black with a very thick, creamy, well-tanned head. Terrific retention and great cumulus lacework. The nose is of chocolate, vanilla, cashews and cinnamon. The flavor is burnt and well-balanced, but sort of thin, much like an American Guinness. Medium-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and light carbonation. Lengthy, lightly bitter, bone-dry, grassy finish.
