This brown pour is very malty and sweet. The aroma has notes of caramel. It has an unexpected hop finish and is overall very drinkable.

Faint aroma of roasted malts, with no hop presence in either the aroma or flavor. Carbonation is mild, flavor is non-existant, with the exception of burnt caramel. I like this brewery, and even gave this beer a second try.........but still can’t really find anything good to say about this one, sorry.

On cask at Brazen Head. Deep copper orange in color with no head. Fruity hoppy aroma. Malty caramel notes. Hoppy earthy flavor. Sweet tasting. Finish is malty. Medium bodied. Decent beer.

The only real flaw I find with this beer is the fruitty hop taste. Easily the best Defiant beer I’ve had. I

Some Earthy aroma, some very slight fruit, but otherwise a lackluster brew, expected more from the brew, maybe I will have a chance to try again, as this is the first brew from Defiant that has dissappointed.

Sampled from a keg at Joeec5’s house. Hazy dark amber color with a medium sized off white head. Mildly sweet malty aroma with some caramel and grassy hops. Flavor was lightly sweet, with a nice nuttiness and caramel notes to the malt. Mild hop bitterness on the finish. Very drinkable.
