Sampled at Pauls Hoboken Gathering. Straw yellow in color with no head. Vanilla blue cheesey yeasty aroma. Coriander citrusy notes. Honey sweet vanilla flavor. Medium bodied. Sour tasting. Finish is tart. A nice beer made by Defiant.

Jun 28, 2008 Poured a hazy yellow color with a small white head. The aroma was earthy with notes of leather, citrus and mint. Citrus lemon wheaty flavor with an earthy character. Light-medium bodied.

May 25, 2008 Sampled at Paul’s Hoboken Gathering. Light yellow in color with an aroma of funky blue cheese. Flavor is vanilla with marshmallow. The best Defiant beer I’ve had so far.

May 19, 2008 Sampled at Paul’s Hoboken Gathering. Hazy light golden/blonde in color. Aroma was very bad- stinky gym socks, sulfur, rotting grapes. Taste isn’t quite as bad as the aroma, with alot of brett and funk- some honey sweetness and musty yeast, some sulphur. Although it is great that the brewer is doing alot of experimental beers, this one didnt seem to work out.
